Dear Ithaca Families,
We are excited to announce that Ithaca Public Schools is transitioning to FinalForms, a secure, online system that will simplify how families complete and update student information and required school forms.
Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, FinalForms will serve as the District's primary platform for completing and managing student paperwork. This includes forms used by our school offices for enrollment and annual student information, as well as forms required for students participating in school athletics.
What is FinalForms?
FinalForms is an online forms and data management system that allows parents and guardians to:
Complete and sign required school forms electronically.
Update emergency contacts, medical information, and other important student information at any time during the school year.
Complete athletic participation forms without having to fill out duplicate paperwork.
Access your student's information from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Because information is stored securely online, you only need to update forms when information changes or when annual forms require renewal.
Getting Started
On Friday, August 7, parents and guardians of students currently enrolled will receive an email from FinalForms containing a personalized link to activate their account.
Once you receive the email, simply:
Click the link provided.
Activate your parent account.
Review and update your student's information.
Electronically sign the required forms.
Incoming families still seeking enrollment will receive instructions on how to create access by the second week of August.
If you have more than one student attending Ithaca Public Schools, you will be able to manage all of your children through a single parent account.
