Second graders read Hey, Wall: A Story of Art and Community in STEAM lab. In the story, a community transformed a plain wall in their neighborhood into a beautiful piece of art…so our students were challenged to build walls out of toothpicks and foam that could hold their artwork!

Dear South Families,
South Picture Retake Day is tomorrow, Wednesday, November 9. All students who were absent on picture day will have their picture taken for the yearbook and our student information system. If you would like to order pictures, forms are in the South Office. If you are having your pictures retaken, please send in the initial picture packet for your student to give to the photographer.

First graders learned about stars in STEAM lab. They used maps of the night sky to create their own constellations out of wikki stiks, magnets, and crayons!
