We want to send a big THANK YOU to Gratiot County Community Foundation for awarding us with a grant that we were able to use the funds for making sure every 6th grader was able to attend camp last week! We were able to take every 6th grader to camp and enjoy all of the many outdoor educational experiences at Camp Henry in Newaygo. Thank you again to Gratiot County Community Foundation for your support!

5th graders were engaged citizens when they took a trip to the Gratiot County Courthouse to learn more about our community!
Fifth graders learned how the nervous system sends and receives messages by designing chain reactions in STEAM lab. They really had to practice perseverance while creating, testing, and revising!

Sixth graders are at camp and having lots of fun! Today they are enjoying rock wall, giant swing, canoeing and lots more! Rain has moved out and everyone is enjoying their time at camp!

We enjoyed meeting all of our special people today! The kids were great hosts taking them around the school exploring interactive stations!
The sixth graders would like to thank Mrs. Horn, from the RESD for the outstanding nutrition lessons this school year! Today was her last lesson for the year and we enjoyed a tasty and nutritious treat. Every student also received a Healthy Party Snacks book to enjoy as well. We love learning from our community members who help us empower our choices to choose healthy snacks.
