Fifth graders were challenged to demonstrate their knowledge of light sources and shadows by creating specific shadow shapes using our small blue blocks. Can you spot a person, a W, an ice cream cone, a dolphin, a house, a 4, a tree, and an umbrella? This challenge proved to be much trickier than we thought it would be!

After learning that the Rockefeller Christmas Tree is used to make Habitat for Humanity homes once the holiday season is over, these community-minded builders created models of habitat homes using our Zenius kits. The kits are very tricky to use, but they didn't give up trying!

Join us for our North Elementary Family Fun Night this Thursday from 5:30-6:30. Creating snowflakes and using our wind tunnel to help them gently land in a snow pile, and using magnetic coaster kits to see just how tricky it is to get presents down the chimney and into the right location are just two of the fun activities we have planned!
