The girl's varsity basketball team opened the season last night vs. Central Montcalm. Close game and a great effort by the lady jackets!


The Junior High First Tech Challenge Robotic team had the opportunity to give a demonstration of their robot to the 4th and 5th grade First LEGO League teams yesterday.


A big Thank You to Mr. Harless and Mr. and Mrs. Barton for your presentation at the November school board meeting on the Washington DC trip. If interested in the 2026 trip please see Mr. Harless.

The junior high agriscience class loves the World Food prize final project to finish off the class. This week, students learned about various countries around the world and the agricultural factors with those countries. Also, these students brought in a food product from their country. We had waffles from Belgium, pizza from Italy, chicken kabobs from Japan, chocolate from Germany, Mexican corn dip from Mexico, and so much more.





Chemistry students had the opportunity to choose an element to complete some research on and present to their classmates before final exams. Here are some students showing their creativity with the symbols for their Element Projects!




Congratulations to Ithaca Jr./Sr. High School on receiving the MI HEART Safe School Award. Representing Ithaca Jr./Sr. High School are Rick Bongard and Terry Hessbrook.

These FFA members competed in the regional Michigan Farm Bureau Discussion meet today at Delta college. They discussed agricultural topics in three rounds with FFA, 4-H & Farm Bureau members from across the region. Moving onto the state level discussion meet is Brent DeSaegher. Brent will compete on December 4 in Grand Rapids. Congratulations to Samantha Taylor, Viola Donovan & Brent DeSaegher for a great job today!
