The Law of Conservation of Mass! Our IHS chemistry students verify and observe the mass of a chemical reaction (between vinegar and baking soda), while trapping carbon dioxide gas in a balloon. Congratulations to IHS Marching Band. Mr. Impemba was proud of your efforts this week at Swartz Creek!

Ms. Siefka took animal science students to see Dr. Pol in action while he did an autopsy on the FFA birds. The students learned from Dr. Pol more about poultry and what to look for in healthy birds.




8th grade students learn about the characteristics of rotations through hands-on activity using patty-paper. Students see patterns and discover rules that can be used to rotate figures in the coordinate plane.
