Happy Birthday to: Jema Krause, Sage Lamey, Brady Whitford
Attention Varsity Girls basketball: there are treats in the office that you can pick up between classes or at lunch.
Dual Students: Remember that Mid has spring break next week. You likely won’t have class - check your syllabus to confirm. But you will have class/assignments on our spring break. Reach out to your instructor now to make arrangements if needed. See Mrs Skeith with questions
Rosa Parks. Amelia Earhart. Katherine Johnson. Dorothy Vaughan. Mary Jackson. These women changed history—and they’re just a few of the powerful voices you can meet through books. The library has amazing reads about famous women who stood up, spoke out, broke barriers, and made a difference. From civil rights to science and space, their stories are inspiring, powerful, and worth knowing.
Stop by the library and check out a book about a woman who helped shape the world—you might just find your next role model.
Textbooks: Are you in Economics or Street Law in the third trimester? If you answered yes, you need to stop in the media center TODAY to pick up your textbook. Do NOT wait until the last minute. There will be NO textbook checkouts on exam days. Please keep your current textbooks until Monday, March 9th, at that time you may return any textbook/reading novel you are no longer using.
The following students have Rotary for the month of March and will be signing out every Wednesday at 11:45. If they have a 4th hour they should return around 1:15. Selah Zavala, Phoebe Ochoa, Karly Marshall and Pazlee Donovan
There is no Mt. Pleasant CTE today. If you are still in a sport or drama you are required to report to the media center after lunch. All others MUST have permission from a parent to sign out.
Today in Sports:
Our Varsity Girls Basketball will be back at Ovid-Elsie High School as they take on Pewamo-Westphalia! Game time is 5:30 p.m.
Good luck and Go Jackets!!
