Calling All Creative 7th & 8th Graders!
The Ithaca Junior High Yearbook Cover Contest continues!
We’re looking for an original cover design that represents Ithaca Junior High. Your artwork must include the words “Ithaca Junior High” and the school year somewhere on the cover. This is your chance to show off your creativity and have your design featured for the whole school to see! Start designing and let your imagination shine. Good luck—we can’t wait to see what you create! The deadline to turn in your design to Ms Brown in the Media Center is January 23rd.
Tutoring is open today.
There will be a Rotary meeting for ALL Rotary students (even those who have not gone yet) tomorrow, the last 2 minutes of 1st hour in the cafeteria.
High School students, you can start picking up Snowcoming Dance guest forms today in the office. They are due 2 days before the dance. No JH students or people 21 or older are allowed to come to the dance.
Seniors: Check your email & vote on your google forms. Senior Symbols voting closes Wednesday. Senior Trip voting closes Thursday. Also, remember Community Foundation Scholarships are due January 30th
Juniors report to 2nd hour and then you will be dismissed by announcement to the media center for your career expo meeting
Today in Sports
JV Bowling will travel to Mt. Pleasant. The bus will depart at 2:30 Students will need to be dismissed at 2:20
Boys 7th Grade Basketball will play one game at home starting at 4:30
Boys 8th Grade Basketball will travel to Freeland. The bus will depart at 2:50. Students will need to be dismissed at 2:40
Girls JV and Varsity Basketball will play at home against Merrill, starting at 5:30.
Boys JV and Varsity Basketball will travel to Merrill. The bus will depart at 4:20
